Refund policy
At AYAYA, we take great care in crafting each product. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Items must be in original, undamaged condition
- Turntable speakers must be unused, with no scratches or damage
- All accessories (cables, adapters, manuals) must be included
- Sale items and custom orders are final sale and non-returnable
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order at your convenience.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
- Return shipping will be covered by AYAYA in these cases
